When most people think of “Return On Investment” related to their new website redesign project, they think of “how much net new web traffic is this site going to give me.”

I’d like to introduce you to two WordPress plug-ins that are essentially extensions to the Form plug-in that we use on all of our website projects, Gravity Forms.
Recently a client asked if we could help them create “fillable PDFs” on their website that could be submitted via their website from the user. Enter Gravity PDF.
Gravity PDF is a Gravity Forms extension, that basically allows you to create your own fillable PDF forms on your website that can be filled out by your users within the browser and submitted to you via your website’s WordPress Admin Panel.
Another client request we’ve had lately (actually from a couple different companies) is to have the ability to allow a client to view and e-sign a contract as well as pay their initial downpayment for a sale all on one webpage.
Yep, enter the Gravity Forms Extension ApproveMe eSignature. This plug-in paired with any Gravity Form, allows for a verified eSignature to be added into a form. Now, taking this concept and pairing it with Gravity Forms’ WooCommerce Product Extension, would allow for the ability to have a sign and pay all at once.
So, as you’re thinking through your next website redesign project for your small business, think on how you can make your life easier and use it to help you with necessary business functions in addition to just being a lead generation tool or digital business card.
